Taylor Christie

Taylor started his HVAC career at the Peterson School, where he was on the Dean's List.  He then worked for a small residential and commercial HVAC contractor and obtained his Massachusetts Refrigeration License.

In 2010 Taylor moved to Vermont to start a family and work for VHV (Vermont Heating and Ventilating) one of the state’s largest and most respected commercial/industrial HVAC firms.  While at VHV, Taylor became a senior service technician, programmed building management systems as a service controls technician, and collaborated with many top customers as a service sales consultant.

After almost 15 years in the HVAC field, Taylor moved to Acton and started Christie Cooling and Heating to provide the community with an alternative to the typical HVAC experience.  Christie Cooling and Heating believes a comfortable environment where you are able to work, play, and function at your best is the goal. In 2016 Christie Cooling and Heating began providing Acton and the surrounding communities with HVAC service, focused on customers needs for comfort cooling/heating, air quality, equipment efficiency upgrades, and Wifi controls.

Taylor brings the scientific knowledge, mechanical system expertise, and the understanding that our choices for mechanical systems have lasting effects on our environment.  As a dual major, he holds degrees in Environmental Science and Earth Science from Boston University.
